In the Navy

I thought this title was appropriate for a former Navy Brat! I wasn't sure how I'd like these two pieces together but I really did. The embellishments of the zig zag zinnia tee coordinated perfectly with the embellishments on the blooming lattice cardigan, like they were meant to be together ;)

My best friend and her family are arriving in town this morning for a few days so I may not be getting back to your comments for awhile or posting on your blogs (forgive me).

And here is the Polyvore. I actually picked up this cardigan NWT off of eBay for less then the current retail price, love it when that happens:

I love that outfit! I just got that shirt on sale and am unsure about if it's a 'keeper' or not!

So, I've been 'watching' this cardi on ebay for 2 wks or so (also BIN for <retail), I just pulled the trigger after seeing you in it! I love it on everyone who wears it... so cute!

Thanks for being a bad influence on my wallet! haha :)

You are always wearing Old Navy jeans, and I just wondered why you liked them so much? I've always had issues with the fit. Tell me why!

I just found your blog and wanted to thank you for doing a fashion blog revolving around modesty. I too am LDS and its refreshing to see that you can look super cute and beautiful while being modest at the same time. Thank you :) By the way I love all your looks and will be checking back often to get some ideas from you, hehe!

Thanks everybody for all your great comments! I had let our company borrow my laptop and I couldn't get back to your comments!! I was having serious internet withdrawals!

Simply Me-My husband mocks me for my cardigan collection and actually posted the embarrasingly high number on Facebook. But I always argue that I wear one almost every day so I can justify it!

E Hayes-you won't regret pulling the trigger on this one! It is very cropped but I find that to be great for pairing with skirts.
Aynna banahna-embarassingly enough, I don't wear a lot of Old Navy Jeans....I wear the same pair of jeans from Old Navy. In fact I only own two pairs of jeans from there and they are both the Weekend Jeans (these and a white pair). I love the fit of the weekend jeans, they are comfy and relaxed thoughout the leg yet they still fit my curvy hips without sagging at the waist.

Bel-Welcome! Takes as many ideas as you'd like ;o)
